SECTION 3: Note on the use of location data from mobile devices (Smartphones - Tablets): 

 

TV Finder mobile application: We use the location information of the phone inside the mobile application to calculate the direction of the required TV transmitter. We do not send this information to the outside world: it is not transmitted or stored in servers. 

Smaart Live, Smaart Access, Smaart Config, Smaart Install mobile applications: In some cases, the use of Bluetooth® connectivity requires the use of location features within the phone although we do not need to know the location. The application does not use the location information, we do not process or display or send this information to the outside world. It is not transmitted or stored in a server.

 

SECTION 4. Service Improvement

To solve issues that you may encounter while using the SERVICE and to optimize our SERVICE, we will collect the following information while you use our Mobile Apps:

    Last login

    Duration of use

    Device localization

    Type & Brand of mobile phone, OS, memory space

    System logs

    System Configurations

 

SECTION 5. Subscription of the SERVICE

 

When you have committed for a SERVICE, whether it’s provided free of charge of via payment subscription, the following personal information may be collected as below:

Our services are NOT intended for persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use or access the SERVICE in any way. If we obtain actual knowledge that an account is associated with a registered user under the age of 18, we will promptly delete information associated with that account.   1. The infrastructures of our SERVICE are running on Web Services located in several places, such as France and Germany where all your personal data are stored on corresponding servers.

Payments:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the online store transmits your credit card data.
